Founded in 2012 by entrepreneur, philanthropist, and spiritual curator Viola M. Holman, the Tri-City Empowerment Council is a 501(c) non-profit faith-based organizational network. We have mobilized the Golden Crescent Crossroads of South Texas with operational headquarters in Cuero, Texas. Cuero, Texas also stands as the geographical center point to the communities found within the Tri-City Metroplex.

Tri-City Empowerment Council is a non-profit that is designed to assess and address community needs in the Tri-City area by engaging and collaborating with local, state, and federal agencies to provide the tools and resources necessary to empower individuals to experience social, financial, and educational success in their communities.

Tri-City Empowerment Council was established to create a signature platform of programs and services designed to assist the families, churches, youth, and the crisis-based population in its par view.
