Important Update: Due to the cold temperatures expected the weekend of January 20, we have decided to postpone the 2nd Annual Parade of Lights and the following Outreach Celebration until February 3, 2024. We hope to see you all there. Stay warm and save the date!!

You’re invited! We at Tri-City Empowerment Council are having a Parade of Lights to start the new year off right. The parade will take place at dark on January 20, 2024. The parade route will start at Hutcheson St/W Morgan St and end at the Cuero Livestock Commission.

Parade Participants: Please arrive by 5 PM to begin lining up for the parade.

We invite everyone to attend the parade decked out in any and everything that glows or lights up. The parade will be promptly followed by an Outreach Celebration at Daule Park where there will be free food, refreshments, giveaways, and performances.
